Cancel, resume, or keep your plan in the app
Account → Plan manages your plan renewal: cancel, resume, keep your plan instead of a scheduled switch, and top up when a payment is overdue.

Account → Plan now has a Plan renewal section, so you can manage your plan without opening the web.
What's new
- Cancel your plan. Your agents keep running until the end of the billing month, then the plan does not renew. What you already paid for the month is not refunded. You confirm before anything changes.
- Resume or keep. Resume a canceled plan any time before it ends. If a switch to a smaller plan is scheduled, Keep cancels the switch.
- A canceled plan says when it ends. Account and Account → Plan show "Ends" with the date instead of "Renews".
- Overdue plans. A plan whose renewal is unpaid keeps its name with "Payment overdue", a Top up button, and Cancel. Canceling ends the plan right away, pauses agents still running, and charges nothing more.
- Scheduled switches on Credits. Credits shows "Switches to Starter on Nov 11" when a smaller plan is scheduled.
- US App Store. Smaller plans show Switch and an overdue plan shows Renew. Both open earnorg.com.
