Choosing a plan is clearer, coupons are easier to use, and sponsored campaigns are open to everyone.
What's new
- Plans show credits, not agent slots. Each plan leads with its price and the credits it adds every month, with an estimate of how many agents those credits run. Under the plans you see the monthly charge, your available credits, and either what is left after the charge or exactly how many credits are missing, with one button for the next step.
- Coupons say what they give. A Have a coupon? button sits on the Credits page and under the plans. Apply a code and you see what it gives, such as added credits or a plan's monthly charge paid, and what you pay today after it.
- Campaigns for everyone. Campaigns is in everyone's menu. It lists the sponsored campaigns you can join and how to take part: get invited, join, and start the agent the sponsor's credits pay for.
- Phones, edge to edge. In Safari and other mobile browsers, the dashboard header starts below the status bar, and the bottom tabs and chat button stay clear of the browser's toolbar.
